Even after closing, Rachel was there to help us find a contractor to renovate our kitchen (which worked out fantastically). We are so grateful we got to work with Rachel. She is the best agent we have ever worked with and was a fierce negotiator. With 18 offers on the house we purchased, I can honestly say the main reason we won was because of her. She went over the top to work with the lender and the selling agent to make sure we positioned ourselves in the best situation possible. We never felt pressured throughout the purchasing process and she had our best interests in mind throughout it. I would not hesitate to recommend her to any of my family or friends.

Rachel is incredibly knowledgable about the local market and responsive. She is a great negotiator and willing to go the extra mile for her clients. She met us at all hours of the day, even one night coming over to our house to walk us through a lease (we were first time home buyers). The house we did buy with her, she showed us on Mother's Day (which I felt terrible about, because she is a mom!), but none the less Rachel showed us this house and wrote up our offer on Mother's Day. Because she made such a quick turn around, we were the only ones to make an offer on this house. We found out later, multiple families submitted other offers, but were too late. She saved us a ton of money and made the process enjoyable. We highly recommend her.

We worked with Rachel to buy our home and then again three years later to sell it. She was very knowledgeable and super responsive and patient. We had to put very little effort into either transaction. As buyers, she helped us know what to look for, she was familiar with the different builders, and asked for extras that I wouldn't have even considered (for example, a new fence and a Lazy Susan in a corner cabinet). On the walkthrough, she marked every little imperfection and made sure they were taken care of before we moved in. As sellers, we were not even in the country and everything went smoothly. It was a bit surreal how easy it was.
